Willett is my favorite bottle. I'd take it at it's cost over a pappy at its cost/hassle any day. Just is fine bourbon.

Willett is great stuff...so is W.L. Weller. I've had Pappy twice...and it's amazing, but damn what a headache to find and afford. I prefer the others as well.

Gentlemen, you have great taste. I hope to one day try some Pappy but I can't believe there's a better bourbon for the price than Willett. Will have to try that Weller, too.

I had the distinct pleasure of partaking in Pappy once, but felt entirely unworthy until I didn't care anymore.

Thank you, sir...sounds like you do as well. IMO it's pretty much impossible to beat Willett or Weller for the price. Both are excellent.

Further proof, some people can't help but say absolutely stupid things:

From this:

Bearden residents raise concerns over new Aldi

The council recently met with Dave Hassen, director of real estate for ALDI Inc. Owen said they discussed their issues with the aesthetics of the typical Aldi building and questioned the demographics for the store.

"Do the demographics of Aldi fit in with the demographics of Bearden, Sequoyah Hills, West Hills?" Owen said. "We weren't really sure."

GTF over yourselves Bearden.

Wonder how much the demographics of the Aldi store would bother the residents of Bearden if they were asked to donate about $450,000.00 to change the outside appearance? The complaints would probably quickly die out and they would start talking about how nice it looked.

Aldi saves my family hundreds a month. Have to know what to buy and not buy there, but a lot of their stuff is great. Love the selection around the holidays.

I know there's several Braves fans that lurk on here, just wanted to say something about my favorite pitcher, former Brave Greg Maddux. Maddux became a member of the Baseball Hall of Fame today. The younger fans may not have seen Maddux pitch for the Braves but he was unlike anyone else that I have seen on the mound in about 50 years of baseball watching. He threw to a spot around the plate and seemed to know exactly where to put the ball to get the batter out. He won 3 Cy Young awards with the Braves and it was mentioned today that his 355 wins put him 8th all-time in wins among all pitchers. For those Braves fans that got to see Maddux pitch you were truly blessed and for those that didn't see him you missed a real superstar.

One of the greatest EVER!
