Actually a couple of them are signed, and 1 or 2 can't get into a SEC school.

Why not post Lebron james too, I thought you were gonna proved lists of realistic candidates.

Which ones are signed? Where is the link that says any of them can't get into an SEC school? The links that I provided show none of them as signed. I guess that if someone is committed to another school, they can't consider TN anymore...like K. Punter...oh, wait. :eek:lol:

Maybe...Scout shows a check mark by signed LOI, Rivals doesn't list him.

Even so...1 person is all you got? What others are signed? Where is the link to the people you said couldn't get into the SEC? Punter isn't interested in TN because he's a MO commit, right?

Richmond was a Tennessee recruit, stopped recruiting him because of grade concerns.

I'm not trying to be an ass, but he's trying to say how many quality recruits are available. I asked him to list some who have multiple major offers, can qualify to get into a SEC school, and aren't down to a final list set to decide.

He lists a bunch of names, 1 if which would've been a possibility.

If you are going to try to tell people what I said, then please do correctly. What I actually said was, "Perhaps DT will be bringing in recruits that fit his system and would allow for a better chance to win. I know...not the VN way to give the new coach the benefit of the doubt and think that he may actually have a plan." And, this was in response to another poster, not bTo...unless you have multiple user names?

bTo asked me to name 5 or 6 recruits. I named 7. Of those, one may be signed (Scout lists LOI, Rivals doesn't list him to Washington at all) and now Richmond is brought up, who at one time was thought to have tried to commit to TN. Rob Lewis stated that there may be grade issues, but with a may, there is a may not. Many on this board, including bTo were speculating that CCM was putting all his eggs in the Lyle basket at that time.

I'm still waiting bTo for you to tell me the other folks that are signed and / or not able to get SEC qualified.

Smith had offers at smaller schools but his dream was to play at UT and he walked on remember how these guys played the year before Pearl.......coaching can make a difference

Seems like you would defend CCM even if he had ran naked to midcourt in the middle of a game. Now, you can't wait to share anything that will cast CDT in a bad light and perhaps give you some kind of vindication that Martin was some kind of great coach. I know you know enough about basketball that you knew he was struggling with this program as a coach.

This may be a step back from where we were, but I am hoping it will be a giant leap forward in the future compared to where we were going.

He should've stuck with football. He was an unreal athlete. Dominated in high school basketball based on his athleticism

You are mistaking, my friend. BTO is one of few posters here who supports the Vols unconditionally.

People who don't like that he stuck up for Martin only assume he has "an agenda."
