TCV, I walked right past that dude, and was going to give him a shout out as he looked so familiar to one of the kids we are recruiting, and I saw he was wearing a badge. Looked down, saw his name, and continued on.

Bump. 5 * people keep forgetting about in all the DT talk. We were his last two visits according to the 247 timeline and his recruitment has gone silent since the orange and white visit.

Are you Brazilian? My girlfriend is from Rio and I spent 5 weeks there from December through January. Absolutely loved it.

In all seriousness....yes, I was wondering about his recruitment. Would definitely be another player worth having.

“I’ll probably take a few visits this summer and make it before my senior season,” Tuttle told 247Sports late Sunday night.

Where will he get to this summer?

“Florida, Florida State, Notre Dame, get back to Tennessee and North Carolina for the ‘Freak Show,’” Tuttle said.

Who sticks out?

“I don’t have any favorite right now,” Tuttle said.

Tons of schools came by this spring to see the nation’s No. 4 defensive tackle.

“Florida, Tennessee, Clemson, North Carolina, Miami, Virginia Tech, Michigan State, Penn State, Notre Dame, Alabama and North Carolina,” Tuttle said.

“Coach (Larry) Fedora at Carolina, coach (Dave) Doeren at (N.C.) State and Dabo (Swinney) at Clemson,” Tuttle said. “And coach Butch Jones at Tennessee.”

The blue-chipper has been to Chapel Hill and Knoxville on multiple occasions.

"Tennessee is a pretty school," Tuttle said. "I fit in well with the team at North Carolina and know the players on the team."

Seems like we are still in good shape with Tuttle, but UNC has clearly made him a huge priority.

The 247 article also states it's a possibility he & Jalen Dalton are a package. Dalton plays at West Forysth less than a hour from Tuttle. UNC will be a player til the end. Get him on campus again it'll be hard to turn us away.
