Rumph needs to realize you can't treat all situations the same. A qb cannot wait until NSD anymore. It's too critical for teams to sign a QB for them to risk missing out unless they are already stacked at QB. He prob wants him to go to his alma mater Miami and its prob part of reason Miami isn't showing crazy love right now. They wait and swoop in at last minute like the hero with a QB spot
