Former players post ad supporting Fulmer

I hope this ad is taken every bit as seriously as the pleas by Pat Summit, Peyton Manning, Todd Helton, and Mark Griffin to keep Buzz Peterson were.

Not only was it unnecessary, it adds a great deal of legitimacy to the efforts of CPF's detractors. The only thing more damning would be the "vote of confidence" from the AD.

I would give him the "vote of flatulence"

I bet Will Overstreet signed that thing much like John Hancock signed the Decleration of Independence.

Also look at the names there's really not many from the Albert Haynesworth era that is worth mentioning, well except for him. I'm sure I read over some but I mean seriously you think a walk-on from 1983 is going to have any kind of clout.

You have no right to slander a former student athlete that wore the orange and white. Once a Vol, always a Vol... all Vols are equal in measure and status. That walk-on from 1983 is no more or less of a Vol than Al Wilson.

Speaking of Al Wilson. Where's his signature?

The number of relevent Vols not on there is staggering.

a better example of a player supporting his coach...

3. We heard on the telecast of the Steve Spurrier (we don't call them "South Carolina" on RTT) game last week that Darren McFadden had at some point addressed the student body and told them that if they weren't supporting Nutt, they weren't supporting the team. How much of his goodwill, if any, did he use up doing that? On a related note, how many different tattoos does Darren McFadden have, or is it essentially one montage?
My guess is that he didn't use up any of his goodwill. McFadden is the best player ever to play football at Arkansas and has already achieved legendary status in the state. So he could probably eat a live kitten at the 50 yard line and people would still love him...especially if he keeps busting out those 300 yard games. As for the tattoos, it's a lot of different ones, but it's hard to say exactly how many there are. Being from Little Rock originally, I'm partial to the "501 Boy" [501=Little Rock area code] he has tattooed on biceps. I've considered some similar artwork for myself, but to be fair my arms aren't quite as impressive.

This is sarcasm, right?

Someone I work with said that there have been several former players calling in to some of the radio shows saying that they just want everyone to know that they support Fulmer also, but didn't get a chance to put there name on the list.

Hey Guys.... Everybody keeps talking about winning the EAST but Hell we have Semi-tough
schedule ahead...........!!!!!! Do we think that
everybody is going to lay down and let us win..

I am a vol by Birth and I love the vols, but I live in Ky now.. If FatPhil thinks Kentucky is going too lay down he is crazy...

The Reason why Ky beat LSU is they had
HEART!!!!!!! WERE IS OUR HEART AND PRIDE GONE!!??????????

I think when it's D-Mac vs Bambi, I have to go with D-Mac even though he has yet to do anything in the pros. When I think about Ark I think about Keith Jackson.

I saw Jeff Hall.
So did I, but he was the only one. I was looking for guys like Tee Martin, Peerless Price, Cedrick Wilson, Jamal Lewis, Travis Stephens, Travis Henry, Shaun Ellis, Billy Ratliff, Al Wilson, Eric Westmoreland, Raynock Thompson, Dwayne Goodrich, Deon Grant. I think it's interesting that none of those guys signed. It makes me wonder if they declined or if they weren't contacted for some reason.

Getting Dwayne Goodrich's signature could be problematic.

Eric Westmoreland was not contacted about signing this. I know that for sure, the others I can't speak for.
