Yeah, legally-speaking that's worse. But doesn't really get to the integrity of the program like a grades-for-sex scandal does.
I'm confused, from my understanding it wasn't a sex for grades thing, because the woman he was accused of having sex with wasn't a professor, she was on the student judicial side of things, and was accused of giving Golden a pass on plagiarism because of their relationship. I fail to see how it was grades for sex, other than it makes your argument sound better.
