Haha all we heard all offseason from the Memphis fans was how this was the year blah blah blah. I hope they have fun (watching UT actually play for something) from the couch.

So you wouldn't want to swap places with Louisville or Tennessee right now? You know, two of the teams that are actually still in the running? I guess Memphis is the place to be if your satisfaction is derived solely from regular season wins.

Your coach is a hapless loser who is slowly guiding your "storied" program into the abyss, and the number of times you fellate Pastner and pleasure yourself thinking of past success (well, the success that hasn't been vacated) will do nothing to change the course. Seriously, being a Memphis fan/alum must truly suck. When the only good thing about your school is in the toilet, life is hard to stomach.

I'm sure Cuonzo will be happy to give Josh a call to let him know what it feels like to be the head coach of a Sweet Sixteen team.

Nichols has been bullied all season long on defense, he's taken some terrible angles when defending players in the paint. He also needs to add some weight and learn how to finish strong (dunk the freakin ball) in the paint and stop relying upon layups......

$50 bucks that Memphis doesn't win those 3 games in two cities in 5 nights like UT did. Memphis is NOT mentally conditioned.

I don't care at all what Memphis accomplishes in the regular season. Memphis isn't prime time with Pastner and they never will be.

I'll never forget the trash talking that occurred during that season. It was as if Memphis was the only good basketball team in the country that year. Forget Tennessee, North Carolina, Kansas, Louisville, and UCLA.

Memphis had a solid year. If you don't have any knuckleheads declare early you should be solid next year. Can you replace Crawford/Johnson/Jackson/Dixon will be the question, but Pastner's a good recruiter.
