Shawshank Redemption, Goodfellas, A Time to Kill are all at the top of my list. Strangely, and pathetically, I hadn't seen Goodfellas up until about a few years ago.

I really do think Citizen Kane is as good as advertised, but it's difficult to watch repeatedly simply because of the script design.

Others:

Shawshank
Tommy Boy
Schindler's List
Rain Man
Driving Miss Daisy
Gone Baby Gone
Bull Durham

There have been a lot already mentioned.
I would just add the following.

Shootist - John Wayne
The Cowboys - John Wayne
Count of Monte Cristo - original
Jeremiah Johnson - Robert Redford
Little Big Man - Dustin Hoffman
Cool Hand Luke - Paul Newman
Shawshank Redemption-
African Queen - Bogart / Hepburn
Long Riders - Carradine, Keach and Quaid brothers.
Ride with the Devil -

Without a doubt my favorite John Wayne movie!

Agreed. It's on my short list of best films I've seen this decade, and I still believe it was quite easily the best film of 2013 (although 12 Years A Slave was very good as well).

Yeah man, I can't let anything pass 12 years a slave in 2013. Movie was incredible.

I don't think I've seen that one.

"The Cowboys" is a great movie. It is the one where JW is a rancher. All of his ranch hands run off when there is a gold strike close by and leave him to recruit a bunch of school aged boys to drive his cattle herd to market. This movie and the Shootist are two of his best.
