Made another pasta & cheese casserole - penne rigate, cheddar & jack cheese, creme & Greek yogurt, caramelized shallots, sprinkled the top with smoked paprika. Served this with leftover meatloaf and steamed broccoli.

Just saw this. I hadn't heard of it till our pastors wife made them for us, then my wife made it. You mix so sauce, garlic, and brown sugar, then pour it over a casserole dish with green beans. Also, fry bacon and crumble up and put on top. Pretty dang good.
