UT #1 Nationally in Recruiting (Spending)

Winning programs sell themselves, therefore, since UT hasn't been a winning program lately, they have to work harder and spend more to get top recruits. Stability in the coaching staff would be a big plus in recruiting also.

Almost all of that budget is travel.

Tracked spending we are #1. Off the books spending, we are not in the top 20 anymore. We used to rank up there in the PF days.
