To be honest, this tournament has kind of sucked. Very few memorable games. I don’t think there has been a single true buzzer beater. Tons of blowouts. Few close finishes. Just a completely forgettable tournament if not for Tennessee’s Elite 8 run.

The Oakland and Yale games were fun

Yeah, but there hasn’t been a single moment like the Virginia/Furman game last year. That was pretty nuts. Lots of upsets last year, too. I think a lot of people thought that since more of the high seed teams made it to the 2nd weekend, we’d get a bunch of memorable games, but there were really only a handful of those last weekend.

At the end of the day we got an SEC Championship and an Elite 8. It was a good year and Bama didn’t get a championship, life is good.

respectfully disagree, UCONN hasn’t had a team within something like 15 points of them for almost 2 full NCAAT’s. 30-0 runs in an EE game are pretty rare.
