I can't see Fish being a coach, seems more like a executive to me.

Fish is kind of a snake. I don't really mind when people move on to greener pastures but he asked out of his contract from Utah so that he could get his daughter's rare cancer treated by a specialist that didn't exist in Utah. Then he went to LA to play while his daughter was treated in NYC.

Maybe I don't know all the details, but it does seem like he used her condition for his convenience. I may be wrong. Other than that, he seems like a good dude.
