As a 3rd big. Oden probably wants to go to a situation where he can rehab and not play so many minutes. It's essentially a rehab season for Oden and playing with two of the league's best wouldn't hurt in shaking the rust off of him.

A good price? He's a walking micro fracture, I'd say any team that signs him will be for the minimum.
