Without knowing the real reasons, you immediately default to “meanness and vindictiveness.” If you knew the whole story, you wouldn’t say that, and that’s all I have to say about the topic.

Because I was asked not to share the details, and I don’t believe sharing the details would be in the kid’s best interest. She, her family and her teammates know the situation and everyone is on the same page.

If you are going to let her on the team then play her. Suspend her otherwise. Her teammates don’t seem to harbor any ill will and it has been almost two months now. She played fairly high level in the postseason last year so this will isn’t about Belmont.

I see both sides to this conversation, but as much as the fans want to see a player more if the athlete, coach, teammates, and the athlete's family are all on the same page then you can't do anything about it. At the end of the day, if someone wanted their business out there then we would have some idea by now.

Brockenbrough drives one out to dead straight. Good for her. She doesn't seem to mind the fact she is playing a role. Seems the coach, her family, her teammates and even she enjoys Tennessee Softball. I would love to see her play some more. I'm surprised she didn't pitch Orsini and White for the whole game though.

Was at the game last night and so happy to see Katie and Jami contribute in a big way. They were both so happy but what made the biggest impression on me was how happy their teammates were for them. I am ready to move on from Jami’s situation, as a former counselor/coach I know there are too many situations to name and if every stakeholder is on board then let’s move on. Kiki had a big night and she is closing in on some more milestones: SB record 143(she has 139), RUNS record 255(has 253), TOTAL BASES record 517(has 512). Now let’s go to Bama and get closer to wrapping this thing up!

Glad you were able to make the game. I wish I could make it at some point! I thought there were a lot of great things last night. Katie and JB made a statement for sure. That team had some hitters too. Better than I expected. It was great to see R White in there and looking strong and healthy. I thought she did great and can help out when needed. Over all it was a fun game to watch!
