Imo, I don't have any particular criteria for elite but I would say 3, Brady, Rodgers, Mahomes.

Correction, it was 34 vs 37 yard attempt.

Interestingly, I couldn’t find a FG% by distance breakdown. Carlson was perfect this season 30-39yds so your point may be valid. Don’t know the INT risk from that scenario.
