Situation in Venezuela

It should be clear by now that neither party GAF about America. They just gave $90+ billion to help foreign countries but not a penny for America.

Because of course, spending 1.4% of the 2024 budget on foreign aid means 'not a penny for America' is being spent.

Actually, not wholly true. The fine American RepubLIAR and Demoncreep spotted ticks in Comgress pocket a goodly sum of your money for themselves, while dolling out detrimental legislation favoring their lobbyist masters. The motto on our money has nothing to do with the Almighty, rather the trust is in the money itself. Hey, Willie! You're right again!

Hey hey hey now, that is illegal. They take their money to support other businesses for the good of the country which they or family members may have significant stock in.

Statements like these are why many consider you a complete joke. It's fine to say we shouldn't be spending amounts of cash like this abroad, in some cases I would agree with you. But that statement is just plain foolish.

Sadly, this sums up Ras well. You can kind of see some of his arguments/positions if he framed them in a non-radical manner but he goes off the deep end and clearly shows that he hates the United States and that the US can do no right (but Russia can do no wrong).

He also doesn't have any issue with Russia killing Ukrainian Civilians but constantly whines about Israel killing Palestinian Civilians showing hypocrisy.

Despite that, you can agree that the USA pays for stuff they shouldn't and sticks their nose in places they shouldn't.

Exactly, American leaders sucking at the teat of the American taxpayers. Just a sneaky, low down, rotten way of saying, ummm, BeardedVol, ole bean, you're wrong despite being right.

considering we are in a deficit, its pretty dumb to spend an extra 1.4%.

There is no one single line item we can remove or reduce to fix our deficit. we have to make cuts across the board. the FIRST thing to go should be ALL of the foreign aid.

Your opinion on the policy of deficit spending, doesn't change the fact that his statement is patently false.
