The Royals are not only in the business of PR; it is their business. They're "royally" screwing this up. They should know better. Their silence and doctored photos are leading to a PR vacuum which will get filled with speculation and rumor. This does not serve them well. I get that it kinda sucks to lose your privacy and all but they're literally treated to the life of a King in exchange. In other words, they're paid very well for serving as the PR of the UK. After all the mistakes the family's made in the past 40 yrs, it's amazing to me that they haven't learned and adapted

My Pappaw said some members of the royal family came to a ceremony on base where he was stationed...I dont remember where though if it was here or in the Philippines? He said when they arrived at whatever event they had come for, he saw a lady holding up a sign that said " Leeches Go Home!" He always laughed when he told that story. I find it very weird that a modern Western Democratic country still has a royal family at all. So weird to have figureheads like that IMO. From what I understand, by now the royal family has amassed so much $$$ that they give more than they take from the UK and are net givers...so not actually leeches anymore. Its still really weird though and that family is so inbred that I am surprised they can give birth to healthy offspring at all...

The Royal family works because they make so much money for the country in tourism, souvenirs, etc. A ton of people eat this up. If you travel to the UK, you're likely to tour Windsor Castle, the Church of England or whatever

Really feel bad for her and her family. Praying for them all.
It looks bad however when the Royal family spends months saying there is no cancer when there actually was. I feel like we were all lied to. I realize that the information is private and not really any of our business but the family could have just said all along that they weren’t going to discuss it

This is very sad news. She’s a beautiful young woman and may have little time left with her husband and children. I’ve never cared much for keeping up with the Royal Family, but I hate to hear this news for anyone. She has always seemed very gracious, caring and classy. Prayers for that family.

Exactly how I described her to my daughter. Shes a classy lady IMO. That family needs to keep marrying American girls too after all their centuries of inbreeding. They're like Bama fans.

Thats what my daughter told me. Thats all i got bud. I dont know where she read it. Hopefully google can be of help if part of that is no longer deemed to be accurate? I had her google inoperable colon cancer and the prognosis is not good at all. Cancer took my Dad a couple years ago in 9 short weeks. I hate cancer even more than these liberals and socialists. Barely.

The royals have lost the benefit of the doubt but you aren't doing preventative chemo, which what the royals are claiming is the treatment, on multiple inoperable stage 4 tumors, which is what your daughter read...

I'm not believing that story. I don't buy the stories of "so and so told me" on the internet.
