Marrone has turned a dead Jags team with horrible team morale, chemistry, and bad QB play into a winner in a little over a year. Did the same thing at Buffalo and turned them into a winner in two seasons until the ownership changed and he opted out of his contract immediately. Strong offensive mind, no BS type coach. Knows what type players to recruit. Same deal as the other coaches with NFL backgrounds, has he got it out of his system and willing to make the changes. So if he really wants to settle in and finish out his career at a legacy college job, c'mon on down Doug!
