You can already get THC in high dose. Given that more folk are using edibles than smoking herb, it's somewhat academic that it isn't "legal", at least in the context of those managing pain. Yes. As long as the THC is derived from hemp and doesn't exceed 0.3% by weight, it's legal. So for a 10 gram gummy, 30mg of THC is legal.
