Paul Chryst from Wisconsin

My big concern about any coach from Wisconsin is that they all seem to do less well when they're not at Wisconsin any more. See Bret Bielema and Gary Andersen. Also Chryst wasn't exactly that impressive at Pitt. I'm convinced that the "common denominator" behind Wisconsin's success is Barry Alvarez, not the head coaches. (Also, Wisconsin plays a power-puff schedule every year.)

He's a smash mouth football coach. Kind of like Beliema used to be before he lost Sam Pittman.

He would be an elixir for those who desire the return of the I-Formation.

Chryst was mediocre at best at Pitt. His success at Wisconsin is a matter of circumstance - they play a cupcake schedule on that side of the B1G. There's also something about Wisconsin football that doesn't translate. Chryst can be mediocre, go to Wisconsin and look great, meanwhile coaches that looked great go elsewhere and flame out.

Yeah, but .... everyone was mediocre at Pitt since Johnny Majors left and until Nathan Peterman arrived!
