"Our goal is to keep Scotty and Tobias in the fold"

I would like to know this also.

Made the following statement after the Michigan loss in the NCAAT:

"I'm definitely looking forward to finishing out my senior season and coming back next year," he said. "It's not 100 percent settled, but that's how I feel right now."

.

If CCM can do anything with this guy, he will have my undying respect as a coach.

This guy is to TN basketball what Mike Hampton was to the Atlanta Braves.

Isn't there a walk-on that could use this scholarship better?

NOBODY stays hurt like Mike Hampton.

LOL!

If I ever see that guy on the street, I'm going to shake him down for $100.

Seems like a fair estimate of my cut of all that money he stole in Atlanta.

Jimmer Fredette is a consensus first round pick, and many have him as a lottery pick. Jimmer's D is worse then Scotty's, but I agree that Scotty could improve his draft status with a solid year.

You make a decent point, but I think it's more because Scotty has gifted athletic ability. I can guarantee that Jimmer gives more effort on defense, which is a huge part to defensive success.

Wrong. As wrong as wrong gets. Scotty has shown much improved defense this year, still has trouble guarding small guards. Technique is his issue , not effort.
Jimmer plays no defense. As much as everyone likes to assume the white guy is a hustler, Jimmer is a scorer. Not a passer and damn sure not a defender. Even if he is in tight with JC, his D blows.

I think we should pay at least a little attention to that last sentence.

Take Tyler Summitt off any depth chart. He'll never play unless it's a blowout

If he can keep all our current players, including Ware and Jones and then pull Otto from Georgetown and Missouri, I will feel very good about his recruiting ability.
