We're 4 points back of Dallas for the last wildcard spot & they have a game in hand. Winnipeg also spaced themselves out by 4 points over us today.

Dallas- 66
Vancouver- 66
Phoenix- 65
Winnipeg- 66
Nashville- 62

We have the least amount of points in the western conference outside of Calgary & Edmonton. It would take a serious string of W's together, which this team hasn't done all year, to have any chance at the playoffs. And that's with the teams in front us losing games multiple games in a row.

No way we leapfrog all those teams.

4 points isn't hard to make up. Rinne will be back soon enough.

Rinne (hip) was activated from injured reserve Saturday, Josh Cooper of The Tennessean reports.

Rinne made his first rehab start with AHL Milwaukee on Friday, stopping 16 of 17 shots in the contest. He's set to make another start in Milwaukee over the weekend.

We have nothing to sell other than Legwand. The only thing other teams would want is Josi/Weber/Jones.

They're not going anywhere.
