Which rule do you speak of?

It think - though it might have changed - that the fans used to be able to take the ball away / pull the ball away from a receiver if he was trying to make the catch near the sideline...no one's penalized, completely legal (or maybe, it was...either way, the fan didn't have to leave), and I think at worst there's like a down replayed.

Need to look into that though.


(Also, a forward pass can bounce off of those nets that are set up around the goal posts and then be caught; it's still counted as a live ball.)

The return of Ashley? He still posts on e-griz occasionally. Thought I'd pop in and see what people thought of the game. Nice comments! Good luck this year, about time the Vols returned to the top.

Montana has games upcoming in 2017 & 2021 against Washington, and in 2019 against Oregon. NDSU plays Oregon in 2020. So for the Griz, some regional FBS games coming up.
