But if they can’t be held at bay, perhaps non-lethal means could be employed.

Or you know… we could construct some sort of barrier that couldn’t be pushed down…

I agree. Teaching other folks how to leech as much as possible out of US entitlement programs is not new though sadly. Oh and FWIW about half of the youtube commercials that come on every 5 minutes on my phone when watching videos are about " How to claim your FREE $6400 subsidy NOW from the Feds to pay your rent, groceries, anything you want. And the BEST part is they dont need all your personal info. Just an ID and an address." Without exaggeration there are at least 20 different variations of the same ad...with different people talking usually black folks...but its all the same program. The new twist this week shows invaders coming thru into Texas etc and says " The migrants are STILL entering the country everyday...and the government is giving them $5000 cards to spend how they want. I tried to apply but can't get one. We CAN get $6400 a year though and all you have to do is sign up."

It makes me sick that these ads can run 24/7 on youtube just begging people to "sign up for free money" and they 100% say just that. I did a little digging and apparently this is due to the BS "Inflation reduction act" and from what I can tell anyone (hopefully with a SSN )that makes less than $50k a year and is NOT already enrolled in medicaid or medicare can get a gubmemt ATM card with $6400 allegedly to cover "healthcare expenses" but according to every single video and the little info I found out about it, a person can buy whatever they want with the money. So there are a dozens of ads running 24/7 on youtube just begging everyone to "get this free money while you can". What I dont understand is how the people who make the ads profit from signing people up. Maybe if you click on their ads they get an enrollment fee? I dont know. The entire thing is so ridiculous it doesn't matter. The Fed printed so much "free money" that it caused runaway inflation...then the Dimwits passed a garbage legislation to reduce inflation (allegedly) by printing a whole bunch more money and giving it away to their buddies/donors and leeches. Great.

These seem (to me) to be the most likely arguments in favor of squatter’s rights - that it leads to more efficiency in the marketplace…
