"I'd like my 140 dollar tab refunded. I'm not feeling a damn cent of it... or anything for that matter!"

I believe I once accused them of watering down the Jager. That was in Flagstaff and they ran out so I was rightfully upset

I've only been kicked out once. I was 21 and told a surly female bartender that her awesome tits didnt excuse her crappy service.

Edit: funny you mention that, hog. This was on the strip at a bar I still attend during post season. Said bartender doesn't remember the incident.

One of mine was at Ivy's (still there?) almost had a Ron White "in public" moment that night. Can't remember why they "escorted" me out.

Ivy's has been gone for a minute.

I tend to be a happy drunk. In all honesty, I only grow nicer.

Ok, I read it.

Not knowing South Carolina law I can tell you here disorderly conduct can occur if you are so antagonistic that you draw a crowd and it creates a hazard of some sort

Given what I'm reading, he was NOT arrested under some ordinance for the shirt. Rather, he was arrested for disorderly conduct. The legal issue is therefore a 4th amendment issue, not a first amendment one, and us whether there was probable cause that he had committed the offense.

So, in FL, I'm assuming you have a grasp on FL law. Lets say the guy has every right to wear the shirt, cops tell him to leave because of the shirt, he tells them no. Cops insist he gets mouthy get arrested for DC.

How would that play out in the court room there?

I'd swear that story Ron White told he stole from me. Same exact thing happened to me in Memphis at denim and diamonds. I was in my early 20's. they wouldn't let me in because I was wearing a ball cap. Said it was a country and western bar. I then went in to tell his yuppie ass off. I grew up on a farm (6,000 acres). I damn well knew what country was. That little mid town punk still pisses me off to this day.

I should've taken that scholarship UT offered and it wouldn't have happened. Oh well.
