Imagine

Of the 22 threads started by VP....... how many are anti-Trump crybaby?

Keeping with the thread, rather than your gaslighting, just imagine if the scenarios I posited in the OP were real.

You'd be on here ranting like a madman day and night. You probably wouldn't even be going to your job anymore, just so you could stay on here and rant.

Which, is essentially the point of the thread. To expose the moral and political hypocrisy surrounding this presidency. A hypocrisy and moral relativism the likes of which I have not seen in my lifetime and hope never to see again.

Thanks. It was a 3 minute quickie. I could probably come up with better lyrics with a little more thought, but I got the point across.

Dude your wife needs more than a 3 min. quickie an bad lyrics to an old Lennon song.
Step up man...

I want us all to do our best John Lennon and imagine....

Imagine a liberal president that publicly compared his IC to Nazis and calls them "un-American."

Imagine a liberal president that stood up before the CIA memorial wall, made no mention of that monument or the stars upon it, and gloated before a staged rally of sycophants about his election victory.

Imagine a liberal president that uses Leninist terminology to label the American press the "enemy of the people." Likewise, imagine a liberal president that committed an internal "natsec coup" to place a self-avowed "Leninist" on his NSC.

Imagine a liberal president that has vacationed three out of four weekends of his young presidency to golf and make money for his private club.

Imagine a liberal president that used a foreign ally's leader to reward donors/members with access and to promote his resort, fees to which have now doubled.

Imagine a liberal president that allows his donors and resort members to have access, reportedly, to the "nuke suitcase" guy.seriously? So now Trump can't go out in public because Joe Smhow might have access to the suitcase guy?

Imagine a liberal president that held his security meeting on North Korea right in front of resort members and in front of his foreign resort employees, who aren't even vetted. what happened at this meeting that was top secret?

Imagine a liberal president that uses an unsecured Android phone.

Imagine a liberal president that is, reportedly, considering the deployment of the national guard to round up illegals. considering

Imagine a liberal president that rants incoherently almost daily on his Twitter. granted

Imagine a liberal president that lies nearly every chance he gets. politicians

Imagine a liberal president that was just granted exclusive trademark rights by the Chinese government. a bit redundant isn't it? aren't trademarks exclusive by nature?

Imagine a liberal president whose family uses taxpayer money to grow their private businesses.again, politicians

Imagine a liberal president never speaks a harsh word against Russia or Putin, and who openly denounces American exceptionalism, because he thinks we're essentially a terror state like Russia.

Imagine a liberal president that refuses to even utter a word about Russia's violation of a cruise missile treaty.draw a red line perhaps? its amazing you get upset when he doesn't get upset and fly off the cuff almost as much as you get upset when he does get upset and fly off the cuff.

Imagine a liberal president who was claimed by our IC to have been the beneficiary of Russian intelligence services' interference in our election and, what's more refuses to acknowledge the severity of such interference, thereby inviting similar operations against our future elections since no visible united front stands against them.

Imagine a liberal president whose associates and staff have corroborated conversations/links with Russian intelligence services. you must have really missed being here when Flynn was fired

Now, imagine a Republican congress under such a presidency.

And imagine this forum under such a presidency.

What do you see?

I can't help but think of Eleanor Rigby.

Ah, look at all the lonely people
Ah, look at all the lonely people

Eleanor Rigby picks up the rice in the church where a wedding has been
Lives in a dream
Waits at the window, wearing the face that she keeps in a jar by the door
Who is it for?

All the lonely people
Where do they all come from?
All the lonely people
Where do they all belong?

Father McKenzie writing the words of a sermon that no one will hear
No one comes near
Look at him working, darning his socks in the night when there's nobody there
What does he care?

All the lonely people
Where do they all come from?
All the lonely people
Where do they all belong?

Ah, look at all the lonely people
Ah, look at all the lonely people

Eleanor Rigby died in the church and was buried along with her name
Nobody came
Father McKenzie wiping the dirt from his hands as he walks from the grave
No one was saved

All the lonely people (Ah, look at all the lonely people)
Where do they all come from?
All the lonely people (Ah, look at all the lonely people)
Where do they all belong?

Not even close, Louder.

But thanks for being the first poster to actually address the scenarios posited, even if backhandedly.

Regarding the documented encounters between Trump associates and RIS (on record), Flynn is hardly a drop in the bucket. Look it up. It's all on record. Plus, he was only fired because it finally came out in the media (possibly leaked by Bannon himself in an attempt to consolidate his power), not because of his behavior and not because he lied. Trump knew he lied. That's pretty much established fact now, as documented by intel sources and the DOJ, all of whom briefed the president on the possibility Flynn was potentially compromised. Trump then let Pence be lied to and was evidently cool with it.

These are uncharted waters, but, hey, at least the 401ks are doing good...for now.

Awesome post volproof, don't let the bastards get you down. They know it's true. These are going to be difficult times for conservatives.

The post hasn't really been answered because it doesn't need one. Everyone, particularly conservatives know the answer.

the flynn stuff you said has all been pointed out. and all the documentation has literally said NOTHING ILLEGAL went on. so its good you acknowledge that it matters none what so ever. but you have based a lot of your stance on Flynn's involvement. now that that involvement has been proven to be not illegal, shady sure, you are having to change your tune to its an inside job by Bannon.

Difficult? You mean being in complete control of Washington DC for at least the next four years? That's how you would describe the position of conservatives?

whats remarkable is that people think just because the letter changed that anything else will.

Again, the five phone calls are a drop in the bucket with Flynn. Don't buy the FBI public narrative that there's nothing to see here. The investigations are ongoing.

Be patient.

I agree that if a liberal president was doing what Trump has done to this point, the far right would go absolutely berserk.

This guy has done so much, it's hard to keep up. I forgot to include his throwing the judiciary under the bus as well as associating our military with Putin thugs, which is essentially what he did in the O'Reilly comment.

If this was a liberal president, with this Republican congress, we would already be initiating impeachment proceedings. The investigation into Russian interference and into Russian ties would have already been initiated two weeks ago.

the military's investigation is ongoing. the rest got leaked because it wasn't going to go anywhere and the IC knew it.

I think we can nitpick Profs original post for a while, but even with several of those statements being debatable, there are still far too many that are true, and many of you who disagree (other than louder) have no answer and have resorted to taking jabs and patting each other's backs rather than saying anything worth a damn.

I didn't read the original post because of who wrote it. I know that most of it will be nonsensical ravings of a lunatic mind. Sorry.

didn't the investigation start under Obama? looking into the hacks and how it was all related?
