Who will start in the secondary for the bowl game & how much experience do they have?

Anyone know?

I wonder if we'll use an actual Sam Linebacker instead of a Star to match Iowa's Personnel Grouping?

I would just line up 5 DL every play, forcing their TEs to block. TEs account for most of the 120 passing yards per game. And it would help plug the holes for their run game forcing slow team to rush to the outside.

Against Michigan they did throw a little bit, especially to TEs/H-backs, out wide and quickly, or dumped short in the middle.

But, it got disrupted when the pressure was hot enough.
This just gave me a flashback of Herring against Mizzou. Herring looked totally lost trying to cover their RB, also looked extremely slow. Got severely exposed. We should expect to see the same against Iowa.

I'm confident Gibson will do fine. Jeudy will be good too.

If we stop their TEs from getting passes, we have eliminated 60% of their passing game of about 120 yards a game.
Our pass defense is a major weakness. Even more now, I'd imagine they will break character and attack it.
