They hate the 1950s reflexively because it is the last decade in which Americans as a whole were patriotic and optimistic. The rot of the national psyche and the beginning of the Marxist cancer began in the 60s and hasn’t let up since. McCarthy was right. He was just a few years ahead of events.

We are not under a Marxist threat in 2024 as much as we are under a fascist/corporatist/crony capitalist/cartelist threat. The merger of big corporations and govt. The MIC, Big Pharma, The banks, Big Tech and Big Agra rule this country.

The promise was made before Jesus. It was not conditional. Eventually Israel will believe God is not slack in keeping his promises
And if you read carefully, the promise I quoted is NOT a promise to bless Israel, it is a promise to bless US if we bless Israel. It makes no requirement for Israel’s behavior

It is a dual threat. Cultural Marxism is a total infection in academia and Hollywood. BLM, Antifa, anti Israeli protests all come from the same poison tree. And what is going on right now at Columbia should scare you terribly
Germany in the 1930s was subjected to street battles between Fascist Brownshirts and Communist street games. The Nazis eventually “won” but the constant conflict fatally weakened the Weimar Republic and made Hitler possible. We are in danger of the same road and no matter which side wins, the America we know and love would be lost.

Yes, the Second Temple was destroyed around 70 AD. A new temple will be built one day. When that happens, the end days accelerate rapidly.

College kids protesting has been in our culture since the Vietnam Era. This is no different than any other anti-war protest since then... except that the college kids are protesting the Zionist state of Israel. Israel is no different than the US in Vietnam/SE Asia, the South Africans during Apartheid or Khmer Rouge/Pol Pot, Pinochet's Chile or Castro.

You cannot force the issue or force the Second Coming by trying to build a 3rd Temple. It is not for Man to decide when that day comes, genius. A lot of disappointed and mislead people will be left wondering when/if These Zionist do attempt to build the 3rd Temple. It clearly says in the Gospel:

Building the third temple is not FORCING the second coming. It is a SIGN of the second coming. No one forces God’s hand. Which means no one can PREVENT the third temple if God wills it. You seem to have everything bass ackwards as it were

That timeline isn't right. Communism and socialism were far more pervasive and popular in the first half of the 20th century than any time after WWII.

Students protesting their own university for not divesting from a state at war killing 30k innocents is not cultural Marxism. Why should anybody be scared?

Well, Columbia divested. The protesters won. I doubt you even know that's what this was about. I doubt even 10% of this thread knew. And I'm not scared. Not even a little, let alone "terribly." The **** that scares you guys is laughable. I'm way more worried about busybodies who are more concerned with student protesters than 30k dead innocents.

The fact that you somehow conflate “protesting” with open threats of violence and terrorism (not to mention the Jewish studend stabbed in the eye with a “Palestinian” flag) seems to be a bit of a blind spot in your reasoning.
Protest all you want; but when your speech crosses the line into illegal actions; you should not complain when the prescribed consequences are delivered.
The left is quite justified in supporting the arrest of the J6 protesters once they committed criminal trespass. Why doesn’t the same standard apply to the Hamas fanboys?

Nobody said threats of violence are OK or conflated them with anything. Nothing in your OP mentioned anything about violence or threats of violence. It was a weird rant about how dangerous their ideas are, more or less. I explained the point of the protest. Now you're trying to dismiss the explanation (that you were totally ignorant about until now, I'm sure) by deflecting to say a fraction of the protesters misbehaved. OK. I don't even know what your point is. What am I supposed to be scared about again? That some protesters made some threats? JFC.
