Some conferences have rules for the scheduling of weekend conference series that can be altered only if both teams consent.

I know of a school in another conference that tried to move up its home series by a day to avoid playing on Easter. The visiting team didn't concur with the change, so they played on Sunday. Oh, and the visitors got swept.

Not bad for the #2 starter


@FPiliereD1: .@MizzouBaseball SO RHP Tanner Houck was up to 98 mph this weekend, sat 95-96. With his feel/off-speed, he's showing 2017 1-1 stuff

They play(I think multiple) midweek games that don't count toward conference. Those are good fan draw games

So they play more than 3 times

Northern Kentucky likely couldn't beat Walters state or tenn Wesleyan in a series.

I didn't mean to imply anything negative about Tulane, good program, midweek game...but the trend in problems at the plate for LSU continue...young team though.

Surprisingly, that UK loss at home didn't seem to have much affect on their RPI...maybe it will take hold later...

I noticed the same thing when I updated everything. I thought their rpi would take a bigger hit.
