I just went to their site and it says as of 2011 NC no longer participates. Can my son, from charlotte, still attend UT at in state rate because Tennessee is part of it?

That I’m not sure. I know South Carolina is good for it, because that’s where my brother is from. As for NC, not sure if they are blocking incoming, outgoing, or both. Might want to call because it’s an amazing program and I’m not sure my brother would be at UT if it didn’t exist.
