Yeah, it's really not a bad move because it's just one season, I just can't believe that Garcon will make that much. Good move for him. He was probably looking at $28M-32M for 3 years or something like that.

Apparently other teams were willing to pay Glennon in the 8-10M per year range, and the Bears blew that out of the water for no particular reason. It really depends on how much is guaranteed, but doesn't look great

Exactly. They also need to remember, the bad teams tend to "win" in the early days of free agency. Overpaying for other team's scraps. You get good by finding value.
