The Tennessee commit looks bigger than his listed height and weight (6-0, 190). He certainly plays like it. This is an athlete who looks good in pads, and seems to do just about everything pretty well (he even plays defensive back). Although Redding doesn't have exceptional speed, he runs solid routes, which help him consistently get decent separation. Columbia isn't a passing team, and thus his opportunities are limited. On one of his receptions, a lengthy touchdown, Redding made a shoestring catch and managed to keep his balance, which allowed him to continue on into the end zone. On another catch, he took a short pass, and gained an extra handful of yards after making a quick cut to fool two defenders. Redding appears to have excellent hands. To his credit, he's not a bad blocker either.
