this guy is a really good football player that is a fixture in all three phases of the game. Dallas makes plays as both a safety and wide receiver, but we feel he will likely end up as a receiver in college. He has huge upside as a return specialist-- both punt and kick-off. He has a strong, but wiry build with adequate-to-good height. He is tough, has great hands and is deceptively quick and fast at the same time. He is not always flashy, but he makes a ton of plays both as a slot and outside receiver. Can drive defenders off the line of scrimmage and shows the consistent ability to get open quickly. Shifts gears quickly and can stutter as a route runner to set up defenders and get them to bite. Stays low and shows burst into and out of the cut. He does not get many downfield opportunities in this offense. Is almost exclusively a short and intermediate range receiver. He is really effective on screens and quick hitters. He possesses soft hands. Does a great job of adjusting to poorly thrown ball. Is able to pluck on the run and get up field, without losing much in transition.
