Year 3 tells the tell on coaches for the most part.

He might not call the plays, but it's his system. It's almost like he just has a playbook, but truly doesn't understand the philosophy behind it. Which is why he struggles with constraints and adjustments. It's not changed much since we he first got here, and had Worley running it.

People can hate on Hurd but Butch enabled and created the environment that lead to it coming to a head. In sales don't promise more than you can deliver or have the intention of delivering
