It all depends on whether he can beat Bama or not. I think LSU hadn't beaten Bama in 6 years with Miles at HC, which basically kept them out of the SEC title game and going to a championship. If the Ogreauxon can't beat Bama by year 3 he won't be retained.

You have to have the skill set but the few people I know that have played in the league say it's 90% film and meetings and the players with a higher mental capacity do better than guys who may be more physically talented.
