The Yankees can sign pretty much anyone they want but the penalty for going over the cap is really severe on repeat offenders and they choose not to play that game anymore. Last year was their first year under the cap and they saved a ton of money by not paying the penalty. Owners are getting smart these days and the agents are playing the collusion card because big name free agents aren't being given huge contracts.Furthermore, with no salary cap some team would pay Lebron 100 million per year and they wouldn't be able to pay Kevin Durant 95 million... the same way the Yankees can't go out and keep signing folks.
I heard you all in East Tennessee had Snowmageddon overnight. I hope all are ok!!
-Rivals"I want to be committed before my senior year,", said Gilbert. "I am not sure exactly when yet, but I want to get it done this summer. I am looking to graduate early, so I want to be done with it before the season.
"The main schools right now are Clemson, Georgia and Tennessee with a couple of more that I am just looking at. I have visited those schools a lot and I know a lot about them. I definitely want to get out to Oklahoma too. They are definitely on my list."
Already asked so many times and I apologize but a few extra thoughts and prayers.
Got my specialist surgery date and it's not until April. Even only eating a small meal every other day, enzyme meds not gonna come close to lasting that long.
Did something to my arm trying to assist someone else. Guessing my weakened state versus what I'm used to being able to do. The safety Dept . at work is already skeptical about my ability to to not be a risk to them, got to cover this up for sure. Insert Monty Python - flesh wound gif.
Don't know what the universe's grand plan for me is but from my sneak peek, giving it a very low score on rotten tomatoes dot com.
But seriously, a few extra thoughts for something to break my way, if you guys don't mind. Tia.
Chicago Bulls used to be that guy back in the day. San Antonio Spurs too. Both organizations drafted talent that couldn’t translate to a title until Phil Jackson and Gregg Popovich started coaching it.
To be honest, I'm considering things. You might consider that accepting help which might improve your quality of life and extend your time on this earth isn't just about you. It would affect the lives of your family and friends to have you around and feeling better, and more able to enrich their lives. Just as you find yourself caring about others, realize that there are others that can care about you, and fulfill themselves by helping folks in bad situations like yours. And when people are helped, they can become living examples of the benefits of Christian charity, encouraging others to help their fellow men and women. It's a wonderful thing to see a cycle like that in action.
And the mindset was all that was missing until Phil Jackson. Not a fan of giving him TOO much credit for taking loaded rosters to championships, but he’s the last one to front those for each franchise. He couldn’t advance that as an executive, but two different franchises...two different dynasties.Several things came together for the Bulls, including Jackson. Jerry Krause was a great judge of talent, drafted Jordan, Grant, and Pippen, built a team around them, and did a great job replacing players as the years went by. Jordan would not accept anything but winning from his teammates and himself, and you could see the difference for the couple years he was gone.

I've sold everything I can sell and took from need A to pay need B, until there's nothing left.
Despite not actually performing any corrective surgery, I keep getting bills due for endless scans and visits just to be sent to the next specialist.
April feels like years away... and at the beginning, I spent the first month without the enzyme meds. I didn't know such a pain existed and that's saying something given my injury history.
I honestly don't know what to do and for the first time, I'm nervous. Not just for me.
Anyway, now that I've humiliated myself in front of the entire board, back to work.

I don’t. But which other dynasty was Tex Winter a major major factor. And what Jordan/Bryant did in the Triangle didn’t translate to other attempts. I remember Jim Cleamon’s effort in Dallas. It was a version of the Triangle but modified to better use a superstar’s talent.Let's not forget his staff, either, especially Tex Winter, with the triangle offense. All the parts to that team were important.
