there is alot of people that are helped by religious people every day, they are not all bs money grubbers bruhh,

If you look back a few pages, I clearly state in 1 of my posts that religion doesn't make a person who they are. There's good religious people and bad nonreligious people. If religion made someone who they are, we would barely have a crime rate in America.

May have something to do with what I originally stated that they feel they can do things like that and still go to Heaven by asking for forgiveness. Thank you for proving my point, "chief"

Wait, Wut? So people commit heinous crimes because they think they will be redeemed through spiritual cleansing? Bless your heart. So naive. No worries bud the other one will drop one day.

I'm sure it has a lot to do with why some criminals aren't scared to commit crimes. Did I say all? Once again no, but I am sure some do. You're being ignorant if you don't think some people think like that. I never once said everyone who commits a crime is like that. You're close minded.

dear baby jesus , please forgive lil berry he is still young and full of bad advice.

I never once said we don't need laws. If you're saying religious laws, sins, etc, apparently those aren't doing much good considering the crime America is filled with.

And here you are putting words in my mouth. You're close minded if you can't look at someone else's point of view on something. Yes, I looked at Scotty's point of view and had a logical argument for it.

What was your logical argument? That people commit crimes because Jesus Holy Christ will forgive them? That is just beyond dumb.

How? I'm not placing a label on any type of person. Or group of people. Or anything as a matter of fact. I don't believe in stereotypes. There's bad people everywhere, who believe different things. And I see you said not necessarily about religion, but I don't place labels on people for beliefs in anything. I'm not a judgemental person. If I chose not to be friends with people who believe differently i'd have practically no friends at all and I have a lot of friends.

Once again, I said some people who commit crimes aren't as scared to bc they still believe they will go to heaven and be forgived. That eliminates the element of fear in committing a crime when it comes to their beliefs. I never said that everyone who commits crimes is this way. Once again.

In my younger days I commited crimes and I never once thought this is ok, Jesus forgives me. Jesus may forgive your ass but the DA won't. 99% of "criminals" are more concerned with that I assure you

They're more concerned about getting a slap on the wrist? A lot of criminals have better life in jail then they do outside of jail. Once again, not all but A LOT. Especially the ones who live in real poor areas of bad cities like Memphis. In prison, they get Basketball courts, weights to lift, and other things they didn't have outside of prison. If we had a criminal system like in 1 of the 3rd world countries like lets say Singapore where they get big with a big cain for committing crimes, I GURANTEE you the crime rate would drop.

Scotty, I don't think you're stupid or nothing man. At all. I get what you're saying and all, we just disagree but I don't mind having a logical argument with someone bc it always ends up in me learning something even if i'm right or end up being wrong.

God forgives. The state of Tennessee tends to be a little more hard nosed on the subject.
