I finally found some fresh organic Turmeric at Whole Foods. I'm making some ginger and Turmeric tea tonight.

Good stuff. My wife uses turmeric in curry all the time. Her stir fried ginger pork is out of this world. Never tried turmeric or ginger in tea but it sounds intriguing.

I've been making it since November of last year, I drink it every morning. I've been using a pretty good dry product but I've been told the fresh root is a different ballgame. Anyway long story I've told before. It's got olive oil, pepper and lemon juice as well. Flavor isn't bad, but it's like a miracle drug for me.

The fresh Turmeric was $15.99 lb so I put just what I think it needs and not alot more like I did before.
