What strikes me is that No one commenting knows what was said between the two when they encountered each other. Mistakes were made by both but only one is dead. Everyone keeps saying boom. Race had nothing to do with it yet agreement with the verdict falls along racial lines. I thought he would get manslaughter. He didnt so I'll move on. It's an ugly stain that will last and some of the comments on this forum over the last couple of hours says as much about All of Us. Why? Because people are emboldened to speak in obscurity so their thoughts & beliefs come unfiltered. Side cracks about race have come through loud and clear. The responses have been juvenile at best and ugly/prejudiced/sad at worst. Code words & insinuations are strong with my fellow volunteer fans. I have to remember that you represent on a small # of us. Good luck in life. Truly God judges in the end. His is final.

I'm not happy that a person was killed, but I'm glad that the legal system worked properly.
What upsets me is all the people who say things like "if you need to kill someone, just go to Florida!" The prosecution didn't offer enough evidence to garner a Murder 2 guilty plea in any other state, either.
If you didn't have reasonable doubt in this trial, you had already made up your mind before the trial began, which is why weren't a juror.

I hope that is for both sides...bc the supporters of TM have said just as worse/if not worse than anything anyone on here has said...

Justice was served IMO. Now that this is over, GZ better move to Wyoming or Montana.

He's going to have a rough time getting his life back together. Until he pens his book that is...

Msnbc cut out the phone call between Zimmerman and the police. Msnbc only played the part that said treyvon was black so it sounded like George said he was following him because he was black.

Grizz did not say anything about race. What he did say is just as sad to me, and worse is being said by White folks too. Many people ignore the facts to accept the very false belief that Zimmerman was the aggressor. They also choose to think that Zimmerman killed a kid when he could have avoided it. We see person after person speaking as if looking at somebody is a crime, as if it justifies a brutal attack. That is so wrong.

Speak for yourself, GZ was an un-athletic slug, pretty sure I could have dealt with lil travon without a weapon.

Not everyone is near the badass that you are. We mortals sometimes need to take greater measures to eliminate a threat to us.
