Nothing. She absolutely bias but I guarantee you any judge that took this case would be acting the same way. You think they want the Mobs coming after them forever and ruining their lives?
...she has a job to do. If she didn't expect this kind of thing getting into it she should have gotten into a different field. Hopefully we will be less one troll making rulings that drastically affect people's lives once this case is over.
You know who Cameron Robinson is? You think TM being 17 is such a big deal please tell us how you'd be "spanking" that HS kid if he decided he wanted to pound your head into the ground.
the prosecution should be forced to review the case before bringing charges and only include what they intend to prove. The defense should prepare against that and the jury should choose to convict on charges made or find not guilty. Forcing a jury to figure out the degree of guilt is beyond their capabilities.
So if it is (greater than) 10 but you wanted to be more specific how would you describe it?
