Oh, no. Jury instructions and verdict forms are heavily fought over before submission of the case to the jury. I've had civil cases where we spent an entire day arguing over and composing them.

...she has a job to do. If she didn't expect this kind of thing getting into it she should have gotten into a different field. Hopefully we will be less one troll making rulings that drastically affect people's lives once this case is over.

the prosecution should be forced to review the case before bringing charges and only include what they intend to prove. The defense should prepare against that and the jury should choose to convict on charges made or find not guilty. Forcing a jury to figure out the degree of guilt is beyond their capabilities.

I guarantee you this judge never thought in a million years she'd be on the bench for a case with this much national attention and ideological implications such as this when she signed up. No way.

This whole thing is an absolute joke and was make racial by the likes of Al Sharpton because without things like this Al Sharpton is a nobody. Al Sharpton makes money playing the race card in any and every situation.

He is the problem. The judge is not.

I would have my gun out before any confrontation. .... if you carry a gun you must avoid fights at all cost..... and certainly you do not follow people without probable cause in a public area.

A 150# kid could not beat me down even with the first shot...

Being on your back on the ground is the most prime position IMO in a one on one fight.

I read a few days ago that Zimmerman could be convicted of lesser charges per Florida law. IIRC the jury could find him of guilty of any lesser charge. Is that correct?

This prosecution was forced into this case by an overzealous "politically motivated" Florida State attorney.

This is the last I'm saying on the subject. If you aren't capable of inderstanding then it won't matter how long we hash it out.

The numbers 11-19 are > 10, but are not 10s of any measure.

Any number greater than or equal to 20 can be called 10s, as 20 is the first multiple of 10.

Just because a number is greater than 10 or 100 or 1000 does not mean it can accurately be described as 10s, 100s, or 1000s.
