he got to a point between two condos and he had a flashlight...but the batteries were dead and he didn't see anybody...
 
at that point he says he's not here to "non emergency"

so at that point he thought he could still use the address so he walked on thru...

Even though the direction he was looking (gonna shine the flashlight) was perpendicular to to the path and he wasn't even half way instead of going back to his truck (his safest spot) he chose to walk another 100+ feet away from it.
 
there were no bushes that i(keith) saw.

I remember hearing about bushes. Someone help me out here please. Was that Zimmerman or the media that introduced the bushes?

Bill Lee, who testified Monday in Zimmerman's second-degree murder trial, told CNN's George Howell in an exclusive interview that he felt pressure from city officials to arrest Zimmerman to placate the public rather than as a matter of justice.

"It was (relayed) to me that they just wanted an arrest. They didn't care if it got dismissed later," he said. "You don't do that."
 
He shot the kid when within seconds of the guy coming out of his back door to see what was going on...

To me the case does not hing on who was screaming it hinges on if Martin saw the gun. And I at this point do not believe he did.

How is Martin seeing the gun relevant? An why have you shifted the burden of proof to the defendant?
