"included" charges - can they charge him both with 2nd degree and with aggravated MS? Seems they are alternatives; not complementary charges.

They can't include involuntary manslaughter, but can voluntary.

The point is, this shows a pattern of behavior for Martin, and it gives credit to Zimmerman when he said he looked like he was on something and had reason to be suspicious. This wasn't some innocent angel that was been portrayed by the media and the prosecution.

I knew some one was gonna take it that way.

Zim is innocent. No doubt. TM instigated the issue.
