Godley made history tonight and picks up a win...I think they said since 1900...maybe I got it wrong, but either way this is a good night for Tennessee baseball.

They might have been taking about Kershaw...because it was free they did not come back after the commercial...I tuned into MLB, maybe they will say something...like I said, I may have gotten it wrong.

I hope everyone got to see the interview with his parents. It was a classic. They may soon have their own reality TV show. I know they made UT baseball games fun, "put'em in the books".

Congratulations to Zack on an incredible MLB debut. I watched it and he was every bit as good as the box score indicates. I wanted to point out something about how incredible this performance really was. The press snip its keep saying "after 3 years in the minors" but that is a little inaccurate. Godly went into the minor league system after the 2013 season at UT so only a partial season in 2013. He pitched a full season in the minors in 2014 and only a partial season in the minors this year before the debut last night. In reality, he only has about 2 minor league seasons of experience prior to the debut making it that much more impressive. Terrific performance last night by Zack Godley!
