There needs to be a performance clause in a coaches contract. If you don't perform you can be fired with no obligation to pay him another dime.

LB play is horrific.

Good recruiters on staff.

Need a new HC, maybe.

They will give him until the end of the year.

Dormady was NEVER a fit for the offensive scheme.

Tennessee might as well punt on 3rd down and get it over with. Were 1-12 today. Been horrible so far through 5 games trying to convert.

Nothing personal, but you got to go Butch. Now to see if the powers to be actually get serious about hiring a big time coach. Or if they choose to low ball again and hire another bush league coach, if so then why should the fans continue to support the program? Not that I would quit supporting them, but I have to atleast ask that question. Hope they do the right thing this time.
