But d? Did you not see Kobe repeatedly look like a chump this whole playoffs? Wade is far better on d. That much isn't even debatable, and wade is a much better shooter in the mid range. Kobe is better at threes, but not by a whole lot and neither are that good from the arc; plus Kobe jacks em up from three a whole lot more.

Also, Wade won a title with an older Shaq, and D Wade was only 24*. If he played with the talent Kobe played with, he'd have more titles.

* 28, 6, and 6 shooting a TS% of .593 in the playoffs. That's better than Kobe's best run, IMO.

agree. Wade is one of the best defensive guards in the league. He's special on defense.

Because he puts up some magic shot that goes in once a game.

Every ten games, he catches fire. Other than that, he doesn't have much of a mid range game. It's actually a iso/post game. Kobe doesn't pull up from the mid range anymore.

Okay, but Wade's is better. Statistically, eye test, however you want to put it. In the other thread, I was arguing whether or not one could put Manu ahead of Kobe.

There isn't one facet of the game outside of free throws in which Kobe is better than DWade.

You Kobe fans are nuts.

They are both very inefficient scorers from mid-range. From what I can tell, most score-first guards are very inefficient from mid-range. It's nice to work in a mid-range jumper to keep the D honest, but the difference between Kobe and Wade, is 1/2 of Kobe's shots come from mid-range, and only 1/3 of D Wade's shots come from mid-range.

Which is what I was getting at. Dwade is getting to the basket more than kobe is because he is quicker.

If over half your shots come from the three point line what are you going to be known for?(Assuming the shooter is good)
