Well...as my 2,000th post as a member of VolNation...I thought I would throw this thread out there on gamenight. Throw out your Pontiac Game Changing Performance of the Game (ala NCAA 08).

2nd quarter of the game, Cal is driving....Longshore pass to Jackson is sniffed out by Hefney who lays a monster hit as the ball arrives...Berry (who was on Jackson) snatches it out of the air and takes it to the house as the Vols go up 14-7...and don't look back.

It's been awesome being a member of the Nation....here's to two thousand more posts by next year's opener :toast:

Congrats on 2000 and as much as like your game changing performance, it's going to be hard to top the FG block by Appy State to protect their lead. They might as well just go ahead and send ASU the scholarship money.

:lolabove: ...that's exactly why I added the redundant ..of the Game... at the end of that instead of saying of the Day.

I completly agree with you in that we have had our game changing performance of the year all ready in week 1. Does anyone know how long you have to be repeat champions of division II before you can move into the big time. You would think that after 5 it becomes no question they belong. And it's no big deal to add another team into the M.AC.
But also you gotta admit that DeSean Jackson's punt return was pretty amazing.
