Hey VN. I was wondering what your most memorable experiences at Neyland Stadium have been. It can be anything from your first game or the best game you have attended; the first time you took your kids or loved one; a bad experience; an exceptional or bittersweet experience, etc.

I am fairly new and have been to only four games this past season, one of which we won (Vandy), but each game has held a significance because of the little things like a Vol fan buying me a four-dollar Coke and the beautiful weather of the LSU game; the first time I fell in love with Neyland (Georgia); the coldest game (USCjr.), or the bigger things like the pick 6 in OT at Vandy. Other parts of game day like the traditions of running through the T, watching POTS or waiting for the Vol walk are also important.

Like I said, I am new, so these games won't mean as much to some of you given how long you have been fans, but I am excited about new games and new memories. It doesn't have to be a winning game to be a winning day at Neyland Stadium...though it helps. :)

'07 vs Arkansas. Beat the brakes off the 'Backs team with McFadden, Hillis, and Jones. I was on the 50 about 8 rows back. Awesome.

09 South Carolina. Warmed up in all orange then came out of the T in black jerseys in horrible weather and beat the dog out of South Carolina

Taking my son Isaac to his first orang and white game and him getting to throw a football back on the field after a feild goal practice kick

Wow. I don't know how I'd narrow one down. Been to games with my dad. Been to games with my husband. Been to games with my sons.

It just always feels amazing when I walk into that stadium with somebody I love, to see the team I love. There is just nothing else like it.

Probably 09 UGA. I remember touchdown after touchdown for an offense that I had seen struggle since I arrived on the Hill in 08. And hopefully it's 2012 UF.

Peyton's last game, sitting alongside my girlfriend who was a 1 year removed razorback cheerleader sing Rocky Top as loud as she can.

Oh.....we're happily married today - she's a catch

You don't have to pick just one. I don't expect any Vol fan to just have one day. I am interested in hearing different perspectives and different experiences. Things about different games that happened that make it special for you.

And you are right; there is nothing like it. :)

09 UCLA: First game I attended. Even though Crompton sucked it up and they lost.

Seems like I have the best times when the weather sucks and you don't think you would really want to be at a game. Those always seem fun for some reason. I sat in the rain for the marshal game in 07. My pants got soaking wet and the seam tore and ripped. I had the crotch out of my jeans in the cold rain for most of the game. I had a blast though. The alcohol probably helped.

My first game was the Georgia game this season and Bray was injured. But it will always be my first and I will never forget the Georgia dad cussing up at his own fans because they were throwing things.

I have yet to witness a rain game but I am excited at the possibility, perhaps a September game. I think being there with that many fans while it is raining and sticking it out together is what makes it fun.

That's pretty sweet. I am attending my first O&W this April. Very excited about seeing our new players and how our Sophs have progressed.

2008 Kentucky was probably the most memorable for me. I was ready for a change, but seeing Phil carried off the field was pretty awesome/bittersweet. Hopefully 2012 against Bama overtakes this.

Sunday following the Bama game in 1990. We lost 9-6 in a battle of FG, but this was my first game.

Sunday morning, we got up around 7am and went down to the stadium. Somehow we got inside and jumped the fence to get out onto the field. There were people blowing empty cups down all over the stands, but no one said a word to us.

We took all sorts of pictures and had a great time, then left without anyone saying a word to us.

Great memories of which I still have the pictures we took as each of us went up in the seats and took pictures of the others on the field. I remember jumping out onto that turf on a crips Autumn morning and the goal post shocking the **** out of me after running across the turf!
