As much as I love Marc Gasol, I think you have to trade him while you can and start the full blown rebuild. Grizzlies are a small market, they'll have to build through the draft. Best to start collecting picks while you can.

A lone bright spot of this dismal season is we finally got it right with a few guys: Selden and Brooks.
