I can honestly say that, aside from the one guy I mentioned, I've never had a problem with Tennessee fans on gameday. And I've been to a bunch of games against the Vols.

I've never had a problem with yaw either. Had a good streak,15 yrs, going to tn-al games till the birth of my son in 09. He was born 3 days before our oct get-together.

Is Pepito's still there on university blvd?

Loved that place.

Jimmy Weatherford blocking a field goal with like 0:02 on the clock to preserve the victory in 1968. Bammers were undefeated until that play and it knocked them out of title contention. :dance2:

Wrong.

We'd already lost to Ole Miss before losing to Tennessee.

1990 Stacy Harrison blocks UT's winning kick with his facemask and has it bonce 30 yards back into Tenn territory for Phillip Doyle's winning kick. 9-6 Bama!

1991 @Bham Siran Stacy takes a shovel pass and bolts untouched to the Legion Field endzone

2009 - Mont Cody - if he hadn't blocked it , Julio would have.

2002 - end of the streak (2 moments) Gerald Dixon scooping up a lateral and taking it to the house. And Charlie peprah swiping Clausen's last pass and returing it to the 1 to finsh of the Vols 34-14.

1987 Bham - Jeff Dunn 96 yards to Pierre Goode in route to huge 3rd Satuday in october night

And i must agree with the Bama writer - on my visits to Neyland, Vol fans have been nothing but great to us. Even in '02 when we were in section CC surrounded by UT students.

Man, as much as i liked the Peyton to Kent for 80 yards to open the game...my favorite has to be 2003 Clausens 4&19 in OT2, probably one of my all time favorite plays.

The first three of your post would go on my least favorite UT/Bama plays. The 9 to 6 game is still hurtful. How could that happen?

Definitely the craziest bounce off a blocked FG that I've ever seen. The Vol fans I was around were just crushed.

Another good play, on 4th down Lenard Little hit the passing arm of Freddy Kitchens (last name fits him perfectly lol) knocking the ball aloose, recovered by Jonothan Brown to close the deal in 1996.

That was a great play. There were about a dozen in that game alone. I remember telling my best bud that I was going to kick his @@@ the next time he said "this is the game".

Totally exhausting game. Great ride home tho.:)

Little/Brown crunch.

What made it so great was that was the kinda play that bama had been making during their streak.

Yep!! I remember back in the day when they use to step on our chest and laugh at us...... No offense, but some of the young posters on here just dont know how special it is to beat the TURD.
