Young Talent

IMO Dooley is going to do a much better job at doing more with less. I still think Meyer is overrated as a coach. Take away Tebow and he loses at least a couple games last year, despite the ridiculous amount of talent he had on the field. We'll see how well he does in the post Tebow era.

However, what Saban is doing at Bama is just scary.

I agree on both points but between our game against Bama and the NC game I believe they have weaknesses too. I am a panthers fan in NC and Saban somewhat reminds me of John Fox, good coach but maybe too conservative at times. Scary good yes but IMO not unbeatable with the right plan and some good 4-3 stars like discussed. Question is will DD be conservative and lose games by 2 or roll the dice and occassionally when one by 5? I liken the scenarios to this years Super Bowl. If saints don't get that onsides kick good odds the colts score the opening drive of the second half and Saints lose.

Hey Quiz, why did you leave Nash Nance off the list?

Anyone think Nash's 2 star was really a smokescreen, and hes really a 5 star?

How many SEC/National Chamionships does he have w/out Timmy?

0 is the answer if you are having trouble.

I do think the gators are going to be fine and still be really really damn good...but TT was a special special player and he will not be replaced.

I agree with everything the OP said except for the part of Meyer being overrated though, and you have to agree with all other points? atleast I know that I do.

Meyer before he left Utah had them as a top 25 program and came out of no where to do so. Meyer has proven he is a good coach. He just happen to take over a team that is easy to get players to come to. Meyer has maintain the Gator name, as bad as we all hate to admit it. Dont get me wrong I cant stand Fla, Meyer, or Timmy Tebow, but there will probably never ever be another Tebow....cepet maybe Rod Wilks...(sorry had to get that one in)
